Sarah C. Stull
Senior Associate Attorney
Sarah is an experienced and compassionate family law attorney, serving clients throughout the Bay Area since her admission to the California Bar in 2019.
She is committed to advancing the interests of her clients with tailored solutions, resolving matters via settlement, and providing strong advocacy in litigation. Her practice spans all aspects of family law, including representing clients with estates comprised of high value and unique assets, litigating complex property division and support matters, and resolving conflict-heavy child custody and visitation issues. She also represents clients in guardianship proceedings and stepparent adoptions.
Sarah’s legal career is rooted in public service. Early on, she assisted underserved communities at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, the Public Defender’s Service for the District of Columbia, and Jewish Family and Children’s Services in San Francisco. During law school, she obtained invaluable experience as a judicial intern for the Family Justice Center of the Santa Clara County Superior Court and as a case worker for the Workers’ Rights Clinic at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center. Before joining Foster Hsu, LLP in 2024, Sarah was an associate at the largest family law firm in Northern California.
