Sarah C. Stull
Senior Associate Attorney
Sarah has exclusively practiced family law, serving clients throughout the Bay Area since her admission to the California Bar in 2019. Her work has touched on all aspects of family law, including representing clients with estates comprised of high value and unique assets, litigating complex legal and factual issues in property division and support matters, and resolving conflict-heavy child custody and visitation issues. Sarah is committed to advancing the interests of her clients and presenting solutions via settlement or strong advocacy in litigation.
Sarah was raised in Marin County and earned her a B.S. in Criminology, Law, and Society with a minor in Criminal Justice and Recidivism from George Mason University where she assisted underserved communities at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, the Public Defender’s Service for the District of Columbia, and Jewish Family and Children’s Services in San Francisco.
Sarah earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2019 where she received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She enjoyed working in the community as a judicial intern for the Family Justice Center of the Santa Clara County Superior Court and as a case worker for the Katherine George & Alexander Community Law Center Workers’ Rights Clinic.
Prior to joining Foster Hsu, LLP in May 2024, Sarah was an associate at the largest family law firm in Northern California.
