Natasha Tran

Senior Associate Attorney

Natasha Tran brings extensive experience working with a broad range of clients, including high net-worth clients, executives, business owners, sports professionals, entrepreneurs, unmarried parents, and individuals seeking domestic violence restraining orders and defending against domestic violence restraining orders.  Natasha specializes in:

  • Premarital Agreements
  • Cohabitation Agreements
  • Marital dissolutions involving complex property division issues, executive compensation packages, and numerous assets
  • High conflict custody disputes
  • Child and spousal support matters

Natasha is a strong proponent of informing and educating clients to understand the law and complicated court processes, helping clients resolve their matters through mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and/or litigation, and remaining client and child focused throughout the process.  Natasha has exclusively practiced family law since 2018.  Natasha also volunteers as a voluntary attorney with the San Mateo County Law Library and previously with nonprofits to assist individuals who could not afford an attorney.
